  • Customer admins can enforce specific MFA settings that will require users to thoroughly prove their identity using multiple authentication factors when they attempt to sign in

  • A variety of built-in and customizable roles and privileges are available for both standard users and administrators

Encryption in Transit

  • Connections to our service are encrypted and authenticated using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 by default (or TLS 1.2 as the minimum)

Encryption at Rest

  • All data, logs, and backups are encrypted using AES-256 before being written to disk to protect against the threat of malicious offline activity
